A full renovation of the electrical part of an apartment building. Electrical work inside the apartments was not part of the scope.
Scope of work:
- New cabling together with the building's main distribution board
- New light fittings
- New power cables to the garages
- Excavation work
- Restoration of the cobblestone paving
The total cost including VAT came to approximately 32 000€.
