Electrical work for seven apartments in a building from 1911

Kastanimaja Apartments are located in Tartu, in a historic building from 1911 with arched windows. Under the new project, seven new rental apartments were built on the first floor.

We began by removing the old cabling. We then installed new cabling in all seven apartments, a new distribution board and CAT6 data cabling for each apartment. The light fittings made this job more demanding than usual: the interior designer chose custom fittings — chandeliers and track lights in the apartments, pendant globe lights in the corridor — whose mounting and connection had to be worked out on site.
