Electrical work for ten apartments in a Kastani Street building complex

Kastani Factory Apartments are located in Tartu, in a building complex on Kastani Street whose first and second floors previously held commercial premises, while the third floor had never been fitted out. Under the new project, a total of ten apartments were built on the second and third floors, and Clorom carried out all of the electrical work.

Each apartment received new cabling, a new apartment distribution board and CAT6 data cabling. On the second and third floors we installed new floor distribution boards. We also cabled the door automation and fitted the apartments with sockets, switches and light fittings — including track lights and wall lights to the interior designer's plan.
